friendly staff ground floor comfortable bed
The staff was friendly and helpful! I really appreciated the large ground floor room. It was very clean, the bed felt comfortable, and there was a big TV in the room!

wall scratches room painting
the room i stayed in definitely showed signs of age. there were some scratches on the walls. it also seemed like the room could use some painting (it really needed some tlc).

I found the room spacious with many lamps. the staff seemed polite at check-in. That was a sweet welcome.

family room king bed free parking stained carpet bathroom cleanliness extra towel
The family room had one king bed and two twin beds. This room accommodated my family well. Free parking was available for hotel guests. Eating facilities were a very short walk away..
The whole hotel showed signs of needing refurbishment. Stained carpets were visible in several areas. The bathroom did not appear very clean to me. I had to request an extra towel from reception.

clean environment secure door toilet stain missing teaspoon
i was super excited the room was so clean and the beds were perfect. i noticed the secure doors and ensuite facilities, it was so cool. staff were very helpful, they even returned a toy that we lost. i was kinda surprised!
the toilet had stains on it and it got me a bit down. there were no cups for tea and no teaspoons for stirring. i really wanted a cup of tea.
